It seemed that my motivation disappeared this morning
[somewhere between breakfast and my computer].
Gone. Pffft! Disappeared.
But then, as I forced myself to write (something!please!anything!) it mysteriously returned.
Some folk may think motivation = direction x effort x persistence.
Others may suggest that it = expectancy x instrumentality x valence.
Or even that it could = interest in the goal x faith in success.
Sometimes, my friends, I reckon it simply comes down to this:
