I reckon there's a whole lot to be said for sitting in the sun on a Tuesday afternoon, doing nothing.
I recently had dinner with a beautiful friend of mine. She lives in a Big.Fast.City. And she is happy. She has a Good Job, a Lovely Lovely. One, a Great Place to Live and Fantastic Friends. But she isn't where she wants to be. And the worst thing is (she says): I don't even know what I want. I don't know the answers because I don't know the right questions to ask.
Slowing down can be a good start.
When you're rushing and talking and thinking and doing, the Right Questions don't have time to emerge. But when you're sitting under a tree, doing nothing (but being), ideas can bubble, questions can build and answers can bloom.
