Last night I was eating dinner in a restaurant and the woman behind me laughed. Not a regular laugh. But a big, brilliant, make-the-room-turn laugh. Excellent!My mum had a huge laugh and when I was little, I would cringe, thinking that everyone around us would be staring and judging. Now I celebrate letting go, seizing happiness and boldly embracing all that is good.
